If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with us.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Malachi, accessible from https://www.malachi.in/

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 12 hours of purchase without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

If the order is Prepaid, We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day you placed the order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The return request date should be within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The Goods are not the size, color, design, or other specification that you selected when placing an order.
  • The Goods you return should be unused and in the same condition you had received them in.
  • Unboxing video required in case of any damaged or wrong parcel claim.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  •  Intimate wear that include Panties, Swimwear and shapewear.
  • Goods that are received as per the size, color and style ordered.
  • Goods that are used.
  • For Quality perception reasons where you don't like the quality.
  • For Reasons like you don't need it any more.

If your order is eligible for returns, the product will be picked up from our side and you will receive a refund in the wallet balance, which you can use for future shopping on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Exchange policy

  • We offer exchanges on all our products. Please note that intimate wear products (swimwear and lingerie) will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange and Return is limited to once per order. If an order has been exchanged once, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.
  • All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons. If the goods are found used or broken/torn, the exchange request will be cancelled.

  • Re Shipping charge is bearable by the customer for exchanges at INR 100. 
  • Exchange is possible only if you need a different size of the same product not with another product.
